Welcome back to College! I hope that you all have had a lovely holiday and are ready to start another fantastic term at Cambridge.
Freshers, welcome to Newnham! I hope you all settle in quickly and become fully involved in College life. Hannah (JCR Freshers President) and Lena (JCR International Officer) have organised International Freshers and Freshers week. I hope you enjoy all the activities planned! A provisional timetable can be found under the Freshers section of this website.
The JCR is very excited about the events that we have lined up and are planning this term. We have welfare teas, aerobics, zumba, band nights and lots more! Keep your eyes out for emails and posters around college over the term and take advantage of the fantastic range of events on offer.
The JCR is here to coordinate activities for you and represent your views at College and University level. We also offer sport bursaries, society grants and much more. Members of the JCR Committee sit on many different College committees so if you have any problems please do get in touch and we can try and help!
